Return Policy

The Return Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions and should therefore be read alongside: www.ica.design/terms-and-conditions.

CANCELLATION

You have up to 12 hours to cancel your order and receive a full refund. After this time, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Send an email to hello@ica.design to make a request. Please use CANCEL ORDER and your order number as the subject line. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed within two business days. However, it may take up to five business days to reach your account.

NO RETURN

Unfortunately, we do not accept returned products at this time. However, please do not hesitate to get in touch if there is a problem with your order and we will try our best to find a solution.

Send an email to hello@ica.design detailing the problem. Please include your order number in the email.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY?

If your order has been damaged during delivery, please get in touch. Send an email to hello@ica.design or use our contact form and we will advise you on how to proceed.

 

We will require sufficient photographic evidence of the damaged goods and packaging. We may ask you to send the products back to us. Your order will then be sent out again as soon as possible.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS LOST?

Please note, all of our orders require a signature upon delivery and orders with a value of £40 or more are sent via a tracked delivery service.

 

If you are concerned that your order has gone missing, please get in touch. Send an email to hello@ica.design or use our contact form.

 

The order will be sent out again if you have still not received the parcel after 20 working days. Alternatively, you can request a full refund after this time too.
