HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE PROCESSED?

​

Once the order has been received, it will be packaged and sent out within 3 business days.

​

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?

​

Once the order has been sent, it will take a further 2-4 business days to reach you. This totals a maximum of 7 business days after your order has been placed.

​

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS?

 

If the delivery address is within 16km (approximately 10 miles) of ICA.DESIGN, you will receive the option for local delivery at the checkout. This service costs £1.00.

​

All other orders will be sent via Royal Mail or Hermes, with delivery costs starting at £1.99. The costs will increase according to the value and weight of your order.

 

These costs provide full protection should the products be damaged or lost during transit.

​

NB: Delivery prices have been set according to the prices provided by Royal Mail and Hermes, plus our packaging costs. We have the right to change these prices. All orders will require a signature upon delivery. All orders in excess of (and inc.) £40 will be tracked.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

​

Unfortunately, we only deliver to UK Mainland at this time.

​

​

ARE THERE OTHER RESTRICTIONS?

​

Orders will only be sent out on working days, Monday to Friday.

We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

​

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY?

​

If your order has been damaged during delivery, please get in touch. Send an email to hello@ica.design or use our contact form and we will advise you on how to proceed.

 

We will require sufficient photographic evidence of the damaged goods and packaging. We may ask you to send the products back to us. Your order will then be sent out again as soon as possible.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS LOST?

​

Please note, all of our orders require a signature upon delivery and orders with a value of £40 or more are sent via a tracked delivery service.

 

If you are concerned that your order has gone missing, please get in touch. Send an email to hello@ica.design or use our contact form.

 

The order will be sent out again if you have still not received the parcel after 20 working days. Alternatively, you can request a full refund after this time too.
